ALPS Brands is proud of the products we market and we work hard to make them the best we possibly can. This allows us to warrant all of our products against defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the product. The life of the product can vary based on its age and how you have used it. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of ALPS Brands. If an identical product is not available, the most comparable product may be substituted or credit towards a different ALPS Brand's product may be offered.

Service under this warranty is provided to the original consumer purchaser with proof of purchase from an ALPS Brands authorized dealer. Gear purchased as used, as is, or from unauthorized 3rd party retailers is specifically not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses caused from any defect in the product.

We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alterations, misuse or neglect. Storm and wind damage, burns, UV damage, gear used for commercial use are specifically not covered. While we make our gear to last as long as possible, eventually gear will wear out. Colors will fade, holes and tears will appear, poles may bend or break, and zippers may stop holding together. Return Policy

Unused items purchased from any ALPS Brands site may be returned in their original condition within 60 days of purchase for a full merchandise refund, not including shipping charges.

All returns require a Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at 1-800-344-2577

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by ALPS or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs. ALPS will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit, we suggest return shipping be insured to the full value and have tracking.

If an exchange is preferred, please let us know what item you would prefer. If there is a price difference we will charge or refund any difference. Our shipping rates apply on exchange orders, please see our Shipping Information on exchanged items. We will send any requested exchange items after we have received the original merchandise at the warehouse.

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:


ALPS reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.

Items return in a used or non-resalable condition are subject to refusal or additional fees.

Replacement part orders placed with our Customer Service Department cannot be returned for a refund or an exchange. All replacement part sales are final.

Furniture Frequently Asked Questions

"How does sunlight (direct and indirect) affect my furniture?" – The materials of the furniture will be compromised if they are continually left outside and exposed to the weather. The sun's UV rays are extremely powerful and continued exposure to direct sunlight will damage the chair's fabric and overall finish. Besides just fading the fabric, the sun's UV rays will eventually weaken the fabric to the point that it will no longer support your weight, may easily tear, and may cause the chair to fail with minimal weight being applied. Even indirect UV exposure can cause the fabrics to show premature aging and result in disintegration of the bindings and fabric. It is not recommended that any of our furniture be left outside on a continued basis.

"Can I expect to see any rust on my furniture?" – While powder coating is a very tough and durable paint system, it may lose its resistance to rust in places where the furniture has joints and "folding places" that can rub off the paint and expose the metal. Keeping the frames clean and dry will greatly extend the appearance and life of the furniture.
